Learn to Run — 5 Km

Meet at our store or otherwise indicated every Tuesday at 6 pm

Our most approachable clinics that we offer. This clinic is aimed for beginners or anyone that is interested in completing a 5k race. Either way, no experience needed. Our staff and volunteer leaders are ready to help you achieve your goal and have a lot of fun along the way!

Our program is a walk/jog format and will run for 9-11weeks. As the program develops with your stamina and your body getting used to the impact of running, we gradually increase the run interval. By the end you should be able to run for 30 minutes. Once signed up, we will provide you with the outlined plan.

Run Faster — Run Stronger

Meet at our store every Tuesday at 6 pm, unless otherwise directed.

Designed for athletes looking to increase their speed and improve their form. The exercises in this group are set up as track workouts that include dynamic warm-ups and running drills. Participants are split into two groups, based on running experience.

Trail Running

Meet at Watt Creek Trail Head @6:30pm Thursday nights. Or otherwise indicated on Social Media platforms.

Trail running can be intimidating. If you are new to romping about the woods, would like to experience some new trails, or connect with other runners, then this group is for you. Keep an eye out on our social media platforms for weekly updates. You can find us on both Facebook and Instagram.

Running through the woods is a guaranteed way to find the fun in our run as we explore a wide variety of trails throughout the valley.

Can’t meet in person? Strava Running Group App. is your ticket to staying connected while you run.

Strava allows you to track your kilometers using GPS and analyze your running. You can also join challenges, share photos, and follow the progress of other runners, uniting all of us with every step.
